Designing and creating jewelry has been a passion of mine for as long as I remember. When people ask how I got started, I usually tell them that it began with yarn and macaroni in pre-school, and evolved as my allowance would afford! Always making new pieces that were inspired by the strange confetti of materials I could get my hands on, my tastes and abilities turned into a style that was appealing to more than just myself!
My friends and family would often ask for replicas of my designs, happily turning my personal hobby into a creative outlet for others to enjoy...and eventually a business.
My goal is to build Menza Designs into a brand that customers associate with beauty and quality-not a corporation. As a one-woman company, I put the upmost attention to detail into every piece I make...every crystal, pearl, pendant or stone that I use is chosen because it's inspiring. If you own an Ashley Menza Designs creation, know that it was made, initial design to finishing touch, by me. Not a factory, not an employee; that's why I stand behind everything I make.
