Shipping & Handling
Items will be shipped within 48 hours from time of order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, with the exception of holidays that shipping carriers recognize and are closed.

Our jewelry is made with the utmost in care and with superior craftsmanship. Therefore, we stand behind the quality of our products. If any merchandise does not live up to the Menza Designs name, (providing the customer has taken proper care of the item), return the item for repair at no cost (minus shipping).
We cannot be responsible for items not shipped to us with insurance, so it is highly recommended. Please include original menzadesigns.com receipt.
